Data Deletion Request

Vidling is a service of 12N Labs that helps parents curate the video their children watch. This page explains how you can request that we delete your Vidling account and the data associated with it, what gets deleted, and what we may keep.

How to request deletion

We handle deletion requests by email. To ask us to delete your data:

  • Email us at vidling@agentmail.to.
  • Use the subject line Data deletion request.
  • Send the email from — or tell us — the email address of the account you want deleted, so we can verify and locate it.

We will confirm the request and delete your data within 30 days, and email you once it is done.

What data is deleted

When you request deletion, we remove the personal information linked to your account, including:

  • Your account details — email address and authentication data.
  • All child profiles and their associated data (profile names/nicknames, age ranges, and watch history).
  • Your settings, preferences and approved-channel whitelists.
  • Product-analytics events and in-app search history linked to your account.

What we keep

We may retain a limited set of records where we are required to by law — for example, billing and tax records related to your subscription — for the period required by the applicable regulations, after which they are deleted. Subscription payments are processed by the app store (Apple / Google); we do not store your card details, and payment records held by those providers are governed by their own policies.
